As summer approaches, we want to remind you about our Summer Deferred Propane Program—your opportunity to ensure a full propane tank for the fall and winter months while locking in the lowest price available.

This one-time fill offers the convenience of deferred billing, allowing you to stock up without immediate payment. To qualify, you’ll need an open charge account and good credit with Tri-Energy Cooperative.

Program Details

• Delivery Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026.
• Billing Due Date: September 25, 2026.
• Tank Fill Requirements: Propane tanks must be filled to 80% capacity under this program.
• Minimum Delivery: 300 gallons per address.
• Under Minimum Charge: Orders under 300 gallons will be charged the daily propane price plus an additional $0.20 per gallon.
• Late Payment: Bills unpaid by September 25th will incur a $0.10 per gallon price increase.
• Deadline for sign-up: July 31st, 2026.
• 5 Cent Per Gallon Discount: Pay in cash within seven days of delivery date and you will receive a five cent per gallon discount.
