Our Leadership
As a cooperative, MFA Oil is controlled by our co-op members, who elect delegates at annual meetings each fall. These delegates, in turn, elect an eight-member Board of Directors to establish company policy and set operating guidelines.
The company’s executive team works in tandem with the Board of Directors to meet the energy needs of our co-op members and other customers.
